(1st May 2011) A group called Push Training was in negotiation with the Romsey Labour Club landlord but this seems to have fallen through. Their website has been suspended and the East Wing bears a "TO LET" sign again.

Keeping In Shape Circuit Cards

Dave Leslie has kindly made these available. Some of the circuits used in recent times are currently missing: if he finds these they will be added.

These contain the circuits in simple text format.

Morning doubles circuits (13 exercises).
Morning triples circuits (10 exercises).
Lunchtime doubles circuits (16 exercises).
Lunchtime triples circuits (13 exercises).
Evening doubles circuits (22 exercises).
Evening triples circuits (16 exercises).
Warm-Up and Warm-Down (not definitive; there were numerous variations and I may not have recalled all the mantras).

The circuit cards exactly as they were printed for use at the gym. Some of the cards are duplicated.
