What local employers have to say about Keeping in Shape.
"The health and well-being of employees is so fundamental to the
prospects of your business that I'm surprised more individuals and companies
don't plan it into their working day. Stress is one of the most common
causes of absenteeism, low morale, low motivation and under-performance
in business.
You can't eliminate the causes of stress by attending a gym regularly,
but it really is a most effective and satisfying way of dealing with the
problem. Personally, I find it is superb therapy. It doesn't have to cost
much and it can be planned into the part of the week that suits you best.
I'm not interested in the costly overheads and lavish décor of
yet another "up-market health club" - a well-run, well-equipped,
honest gym gets to the heart of what is needed. So, take my lead and make
Keeping in Shape part of your working week."

"I have worked in the motor industry for the past thirty years and,
as a result it is easy for me to see the connection between the condition
of the human body and the body of a motor car. How many times have you
heard of a car having to be scrapped because the owner has failed to look
after the bodywork? If properly maintained, the modern motor vehicle will
last and last. The same can be said of the human body and yet too many
of us neglect our own bodies even though we are aware of the consequences.
If you want to give your body the treatment, care and maintenance it needs,
I would thoroughly recommend one or two weekly visits to Keeping in
Shape.
Before you make the excuse that you don't have time, take a look at the
range of sessions available. I have found
that with careful diary planning I can choose to attend early morning
or lunchtime sessions and still keep to my heavy schedule. You could do
the same."
