At KEEPING IN SHAPE we run Organised Fitness Sessions, throughout the day, Monday to Friday. We are open 9.00 - 3.00 every Saturday and Sunday with free access to members. Each session consists of a warm-up and a circuit of exercises followed by a warm-down. The Way to Work sessions run for 30 minutes in the morning, giving you the opportunity to exercise, shower and continue to work. Our Office Hours sessions run for 45 minutes, offering you the opportunity of vigorous exercise during the morning and early afternoon. The daily lunchtime sessions are an alternative to sedentary lunch hours in the office! The evening Keeping In Shape sessions run for an hour in the evening and are an excellent way to achieve or maintain high levels of general fitness. All of our customers attend at least one session per week and many take advantage of the weekend access to further their fitness goals. |
